It’s so easy to see, everyone can agree, just let it go.
Alright. I’m back and it’s the second time I’ve pulled a lyric from this song for a title.
Too much drama kept me from writing, so I had to take a break because I really couldn’t write about the situation.
I still feel good and positive about this year. Last month was a very busy month and honestly, a good learning experience. I got caught up with lots of work, took on some exciting new projects, and organized my time to be more productive. I’m so boring and grown-up now, but man have I ever come a long way since I started.
I did have a serious case of the winter blues yesterday. The bf & I had made plans to go to the Haiti Benefit at Sound Academy that he had to cancel because he unexpectedly had to be out of town for band stuff. I hate it that my plans take a back seat to band stuff, but luckily I’m a pretty understanding girl and I get that at this point in our lives career comes first. I’m not a pushover though, and it does piss me off, but it’s the price you pay for being in the entertainment business.
Before he left he went out to run an errand and came back with a big bouquet of flowers (he got the not so subtle hint I’d been dropping for 3 years that I like flowers). There’s just something about fresh flowers that help to brighten up my mood.
I ended up being invited to go to the benefit with my friends Shaun & Joanne (thanks guys) but kept working til 11:30pm on a new project so I didn’t make it out.
Sometimes all you need is good friends to pull you out of a funk, and I’m lucky to have some of the best friends a girl could ask for.

Speaking as a new business associate of yours, I should hope you’re still feeling good about this year!!!
Seriously, though, such a tough lesson to discover who is really a rock star and who’s just got the pose. People……
I’m definitely still feeling good. Just had a hiccup and I can move forward with lightening speed now. I’m really looking forward to doing business with you
