A very DWW Christmas

Every year we get together with the DWW family and friends for a holiday party. It’s so nice to have everyone together for some holiday cheer. This year the kids all left the party around 11 to meet up with the rest of our friends at the Gull. It’s a fairly small place when the patio is closed and we filled it up fast. People were even waiting in line to get in and some unfortunately were turned away because they were at capacity. I think it’s probably the busiest that place has ever been.

It’s great to get together to celebrate and I love that we’re all one big family. These are the times we’ll look back on and remember when everyone is traveling the world for their careers.

Today was my Mom’s birthday. She picked up Mugga and came down to the beach for lunch. We ate at the Beacher Cafe and all three of us got a Double Grilled Cheese. It was so nice to spend time with both of them just catching up.

Happy Birthday Mom! You’re the best and I love you a lot.

P.S. When I was little I couldn’t say Grandma, so I called her Mugga and it stuck. I’m the oldest cousin and all of us call her Mugga.

Driving to Eater Brunch with the fam, last weekend in Stouffville. 10 drove us in his Beamer.

Winston and my younger cousin. He’s a Saint Bernard/Bernese Mountain Dog mix and is only a year old. He’s HUGE and so friendly and well behaved. My cousin put a treat on his nose and he waits til you tell him to eat it.

And aftewards. Someone told a funny joke just as Dad took a huge sip. Luckily I was sitting close enough to catch all the mess!

I love family get together’s. My family is pretty big. Mom has five siblings and they all have kids s0 there’s about 30 of us that get together on a regular basis.
