A week today is the the event that my agency is hosting, The Guide to Social Media Success. There are still tickets left if you want to come. You’ll get to hear from top bloggers Casie, Raymi & Sean and learn the tricks of the trade like:

The four of us had a sushi meeting last week and Sean made this video to promote our event. I continue to be awkward on camera and I hope you guys enjoy it.

We’re starting the New Year off with something brand new, a kaponetwo YouTube channel. I posted my first v-log yesterday and it was an interesting experience, to say the least. It’s amazing how long it takes to make a 20 second video. I did about 20 takes until I got one that I was happy with.

I’m debating whether to use Vimeo or YouTube as my main video hosting site. If you use either I’d love to hear your opinon/feedback.

Frankenstein Dances

I mentioned a few posts ago about Chad’s awesome birthday present, a dancing Frankenstein. One of the highlights of the party was watching him dance along to his new favourite song. I thought it would be very appropriate for today. Happy Halloween everyone!

Rainy Summer Days

Obviously this has been a rainy summer. I recorded a couple of the storms with my camera and this is my first attempt and using iMovie to edit them a video. This particular storm is from late afternoon last Tuesday. Kathryn and I were having a work day as usual and all the sudden the sky went black and we had about a 20 min torrential downpour, and then the sun comes out for a bit, and the rain cycle starts all over again. This is actually a typical day in Toronto this year. Very weird. Kathryn and I took a break and went outside to sit on the porch in the storm.

Pretty cheesy video. I’ll get the hang of it though.
